Data Processing in connection with the use of the Hera Space Companion
This Policy sets out how Terra Mater Studios GmbH, whose registered base is in Wambachergasse 2, 1130 Vienna, Austria, Tel +43 1 87003 27610, office@terramater.com, process personal information about you when you use the Hera Space Companion.
If you use the Hera Space Companion we process the personal data you have made known to us and the following data generated by us through the Hera Space Companion based on Article 6 (1) lit b) GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract). The provision of your personal data is a contractual requirement when using the Hera Space Companion. If this data is not provided, unfortunately the service cannot be used.
We process your data in relation to you for the duration it is strictly required for the purpose.
In order to be able to fulfil the abovementioned purposes, we work together with service providers (so-called "Processors"), who process your personal data on our behalf and for our purposes – but not for their own purposes. These Processors are as follows:
